Return Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We always want you to be happy with your new goodies, so we offer a 30 day exchange period. Returned items must be received within 30 days from the original delivery date in order to be exchanged. Items received after 30 days will be accepted for store credit exclusively. You are responsible for return postage costs during this process.
Should you wish to exchange your item, first you must lodge your return with us via email to Customer Service. From there we can provide you with the return address for your package and gather the information we need to exchange your order for the correct item(s). If we are unable to supply you with the correct size or style due to stock issues, a gift card will be provided – which will not expire and will be for the full amount of your order minus postage costs.
Once we have accepted your query for a return, your item must reach us within 14 business days to be eligible for the exchange. Items received outside of this period will be returned directly to you. Should your item need to be returned to you, a postage payment will need to be made so we are able to carry out this request.

DAMAGED GARMENTS

All items are hand packaged individually and assessed before dispatch to ensure that you only receive the best possible quality. It is very unlikely that your items will be damaged in transit, but If you really do feel your item is damaged or faulty, please lodge a query via our online contact form and we will assist you from there.
